Supplements occupy an interesting as well as controversial space in the health and wellness world. Many tout (and sling) them to the high heavens, others warn of both efficacy and safety. Either way, they’re here in a big way and they ain’t going anywhere. Right now the supplement market is around 123 billion dollars. In the next six to seven years estimates have it exploding to between 230 and 349 billion. But, when it comes to supplements this is my golden rule –
Not all supplements are created equal.
