I am what I do. And I am because I\u2019ve lived it. I\u2019ve done it. I\u2019ve experienced the stark yin and yang – chaos and order – of life. I\u2019ve fallen down hard, very hard and plummeted deep down into the chasm of pain and desperation. I\u2019ve been lost, afraid to fail and so overwhelmed as to be paralyzed. I believed I couldn\u2019t recover from the crisis of chronic fatigue, that it was impossible, that I was cursed, a victim of a cruel roll of the genetic and cosmic dice. And not for just a little bit. For a long (long<\/em>) time. A procession of doctors failed me, mostly made me worse. I was told point blank by several \u201cexperts\u201d that I would not recover to full health, that I just had to get used to living with relentless pain and fatigue because what I \u201chad\u201d was incurable and untreatable and I just had to accept that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, I didn\u2019t accept that.
I survived. I explored. I woke up. I learnt. I changed.
I regained full health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not<\/em> about boasting. It\u2019s not even about me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s about you<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because all I am is living proof that the limitations, labels and myths placed on you by others and yes, placed on you by yourself<\/strong> need not imprison you as they once did me. Because you and I are no different \u2013 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re both human beings with limitless potential for
much more than we allow ourselves to believe. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So why me? Because dis-ease, healing, recovery, health and wellbeing are not abstract concepts to me, they\u2019re not bumper sticker tropes or something I learnt in outdated, limiting textbooks. I\u2019ve lived them, am living them and will continue to in a never-ending journey of self discovery, growth and improvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know how you feel. What it\u2019s like. I get it. 
I know where you\u2019ve been and where you want to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because this isn\u2019t just<\/em> my job, it\u2019s not my nine to five, even my career \u2013 
this is my life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
