Coaching is a dynamic partnership<\/strong> between you and I that via a thought provoking, even paradigm altering, creative and awakening process you can achieve a higher level of health, wellbeing and performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What coaching isn\u2019t is yet more therapy or another treatment. These modalities hold limiting views. Patients are assumed as having something wrong with them and therefore incapable of taking responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. Far too often that ends up with another prescription for yet another cure-all wonder pill for your ill.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Coaching flips the script<\/strong>. Instead of telling you, coaching co-discovers<\/strong>, co-explores<\/strong> and co-creates<\/strong>. Instead of the quick fix, coaching supports<\/strong>, guides<\/strong> and when appropriate challenges<\/strong> you on a journey of real and lasting lifestyle and behavior changes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therapy is looking to fix an assumed broken you.
